Earlier this year, Fleur Homes moved into smart, new offices in Grove Lane, Holt. Having undertaken major renovation of a run-down council building, we were rewarded with a stylish and exciting work space. The official handover of our affordable homes at Northshore Place, Brancaster Staithe to Housing Trust, Flagship Group, recently took place and we are delighted by Flagship’s response to the quality of the 2 homes. Fleur’s Construction Director, David Gluckstein, handed over the keys and gave a tour of the homes to representatives from Flagship, Steve Basten and Laura Shackcloth – who were both impressed by the high standard of finish to both properties.

It’s always the best moment for Fleur and for the new homeowners – the final handover of the keys. With our Northshore Place development nearing full completion, homeowners are starting to take residence. Plots 3,4,6, 7, 11 and 12 are all sold and most were sold before we even commenced the build!
