Loving Northshore Place and 3@TheWillows – out of 13 homes, only 3 remain available

The idea of owning a Fleur home within beautiful Brancaster Staithe has proved a very appealing prospect. Much to our delight, we sold all 3 plots at 3@TheWillows and 7-out-of-10 open-market homes at Northshore Place before work had commenced on either site.

Socius Restaurant to open at Foundry Place

Set to provide Burnham Market with a whole new dining experience, Socius restaurant will be opening in one our charming retail barns at Foundry place in early March 2018.

We are very proud of our Foundry Field development in Burnham Market and were delighted when Fleur Hill, along with our planning partners, Pegasus Group, were awarded the Royal Town Planning Institute’s East of England Award for Planning Excellence 2017.

Fleur Hill commission new Burnham Market village map by renowned local artist

A new village map has been installed in Burnham Market, designed by local artist Andrew Ruffhead. The new map was sponsored by The Hoste hotel and is situated near to the new retail courtyard, Foundry Place, which was developed by Fleur Hill.

Fleur Hill LLP is undertaking a public consultation on new proposals for the development of 8 new dwellings on land off Foundry Place.
