King’s Reach – Turning the clock forward with CGI.

Town Lane, Brancaster Staithe: Fleur’s latest development, King’s Reach, now fully sold, is coming on really well. We couldn’t wait to see what it would look like when it’s finished so we asked our talented CGI company to landscape the site for us ahead of its completion this summer.

Finishing touches by Fleur, such as the hand-woven live willow fencing and the planting will make these stunning homes even more beautiful, as will the Lavandula, Hydrangeas, Heucheras and Clematis. There’s also beech hedging and Photinia trees and Plot 4 also benefits from pleached Holme oak trees. And it’s not just new Fleur homes for people: our feathered and winged friends will be very pleased with their new bird boxes and bat roost boxes.

We think the attention to detail and lovingly made luxury that has made Fleur the WhatHouse Best Small Housebuilder of the year in 2018 is not only evident in the build quality, the interior fit and finish but also extends to the outsides of Fleur’s homes.
