Public consultation – Land off Foundry Place (formerly Stubbings Place), Burnham Market

Fleur Hill LLP is undertaking a public consultation on new proposals for the development of 8 new dwellings on land off Foundry Place. Everyone is welcome to the consultations, which take place on:-

Friday 9th December 2016 5pm – 8pm
Saturday 10th December 2016 10am – 4pm

The consultation is intended to explain the new development proposals, which will deliver 8 new dwellings, inclusive of two new affordable homes and the return of two affordable dwellings at Foundry Field.

The proposals will also deliver the following benefits:

Mix of new homes including 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes
4 affordable homes (out of the 10 delivered)
Protection of the tree belt around the site
Financial contribution toward the new playing field equipment
Sole access from Foundry Place – no access from Herrings Lane.
We welcome people along to our consultation and hope to answer all of your questions.

The attached flyer has been hand delivered to a number of local households, but is also available at the Foundry Field Show Home, the Post Office, garage, Sowerbys estate agents, Burnham stores and the pharmacy.
